Saint Drogo of Sebourg started his life trying to make up for the death of his mother, who had died during childbirth. The mistake he made in blaming himself was human enough, but it led to a much deeper devotion. He became a victim soul, living with a terrible disfigurement, and offering all of his pain up to God.
Saint Drogo teches us that real beauty is not from within or without, but from Christ.
